This project expanded on the footprint of a historic bungalow, seamlessly coupling it with an innovative modern floor plan. Master suites appear on both first and second levels to maximize flexibility or provide guests with luxurious quarters. Rustic touches abound, from the classic knotty floors, reclaimed light fixtures, antique hemlock stair treads, to the custom hickory pantry door. The gem of this house is the expansive rooftop deck, connected to the upstairs master, which gives a commanding view over both the neighborhood and the spacious back yard.
